BUSINESS ANALYST, “Investment Accounting Systems Advancement Program (iASAP)”
The iASAP Initiative is a global program comprised of over 40 projects focused on Back Office and Accounting operations as well as Global Tax, Valuation and other service organizations.
As Business Analyst dedicated to the FTS business unit’s highest priority initiative I was originally sourced to the most “requirements impacted” of twelve project “streams”, Corporate Actions (COAC) and US Alternate Bases (US AB).
- Successfully brought clarity to aged requirements (COAC Grp 4) that were the best efforts of authors not available to interview, simultaneously weaving in the technical design creating Traceability and cohesion
- Worked with the globally distributed project team to identify issues as much in advance of UAT as we were able in order to partner with technology for resolution as early as possible
- As Change Management lead for COAC I immediately introduced improved use and standards for Workflows in Swim Lane format, re-documenting existing workflows that were difficult to read
- The US AB stream “kickoff-ed off” Oct 19-20. I am responsible for the Tax Lot Lockdown and Linkage initiatives, requirements elicitation through project implementation. Also Change Management for all the US AB initiatives
- In my 3rd month with the organization my sourcing shifted from COAC to the US TAX Stream in order to bring cohesion to these two highly Tax-focused streams, US AB and US TAX
